No. Your consignment is handled as a dedicated movement from collection to delivery, without being routed through a parcel hub or co-loaded with another customer’s goods.
How quickly can you collect?
Collection time depends on the pickup location, the van required and current availability. We will give you a realistic collection plan when we quote rather than promise a time we cannot keep.
Do you offer evening and weekend same-day deliveries?
Yes, subject to availability. Evening and weekend collections can be arranged, and pre-booking is recommended where possible for work outside normal booking hours. Any out-of-hours charge will be confirmed before you book.
Can you carry fragile or high-value items?
Yes, where the item is suitable for road transport and we have the correct van and handling information. Tell us what the item is, its dimensions and any special handling requirements when requesting the quote.
Can you deliver nationwide?
